Are Poster and Painter Designs Original? Our team of designers in New Zealand are creative individuals who spend their time drawing, painting, designing, and imagining AI art. With the exception of the Fine Art + Exhibition Prints, all our designs are original creations. Please note that for designs involving AI elements, there will be a note on the listing to indicate the use of AI.
What Are Your Limited Edition Prints? Our limited edits will only ever be sold in totals of 500 so you can be sure there wont be thousands of copies out there and you will have something special!
Museum-quality Giclée Printing? Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free 189 g/m² matte paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.
Will The Colours Look The Same From Screen To Print? Due to variations in color rendering on computer screens and devices, there may be slight differences in the colors between what you see on your screen and the final print. This is a normal occurrence and should be expected.
Will My Print Or Poster Come With Frame? No, We sell frame-less as this is the most cost effective and safest way to get your order to you. We also think that Frames are a private taste and think you should choose something personal to your home. We do have a few select prints available to purchase in a frame for our favorite prints in the "framed prints" section.
You Design In New Zealand, But My Print Arrived From Another Country? We POD (Print on demand). As artists this is a really effective way for us to be able to share our work with a more global audience. At this time our posters and prints are produced by our friends over the ditch in Australia but depending on resource availability may be shipped from other countries as well!
You Ship To Australia & New Zealand, Do You Ship Any Where Else? For our international customers, a range of our prints can be found on Etsy. Currently, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. However, stay tuned as we plan to expand our shipping capabilities globally in the near future.
What If I Decide I Do Not Like My Print Order After All? We ask that you please choose carefully so that you get art you love, But if you do decide you would prefer something else you may exchange your order for another print. You must get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving the item & we will let you know what to do from there. You will be responsible for postal costs and logistics of returning the exchange item in its original condition to our NZ studio before we can complete the exchange. *Limited Edition Prints Cannot Be Returned, See our return policy for more details.
My Print Order Arrived Damaged? Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. While our production teams take great care in packaging items, damage can sometimes occur during the shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photo evidence of the damage. We will assist you in obtaining a replacement. Please keep the damaged item aside until we provide further instructions.
